Booking, Payment, and Payouts

• By opening a sales stall with us, you agree to comply with these rental terms. Please remember to register at the checkout upon arrival.
• If you plan to sell exclusively new items, you must discuss this possibility with our staff first.
• Systematic selling of ultra-fast fashion is strictly prohibited. This refers to large batches of new clothing and goods ordered from Chinese online stores such as Temu, Shein, Wish, etc. Individual items are acceptable. Standard fast fashion brands like H&M, Zara, New Yorker, Reserved, etc., are allowed. The systematic sale of counterfeit products is also strictly forbidden.
• We operate on continuous bookings, meaning you do not need to know exactly how many weeks you want to keep your stall when the rental period begins. Days when the flea market is closed (public holidays) are not counted towards your rental time. We only rent stalls to individuals of legal age (18+).
• You may start setting up your stall half an hour before closing time on the day preceding your booking. You cannot remain to set up your stall after closing time.
• We pay out your sales earnings either in cash or via bank transfer. Always check your cash payout on the spot, as we are not responsible for any discrepancies noticed later. Please note that payouts are not processed automatically; they must be requested separately.
• We only provide interim payouts if your stall rent is up to date. The rent can be deducted directly from your earnings. If your rent is overdue for more than a week (7 days), we will automatically deduct it from your earnings via our system. If your sales do not cover the rent, the outstanding balance must be settled without delay.
• We reserve the right to take photos of any items on sale and advertise them on our social media channels.

Shared Booking

• You can share a stall with a friend, allowing sales to be registered to your individual customer accounts. In a shared booking, sellers rent the stall simultaneously, not in turns. The designated “main tenant” is responsible for paying the weekly rent to the flea market.

Pricing Your Items

• Only the flea market’s official barcode price tags may be used. All price tags are printed by us; you cannot print them yourself. With your booking, you receive 3 pricing sheets free of charge, after which additional sheets are subject to a fee (sticker sheet 0.50 EUR/each, paper sheet 0.20 EUR/each). The price tags display your stall number, customer number, and a sequential item number. If there are multiple sellers at one stall, remember to request tags under your own name. You can use the sequential item numbers to track your sales if you wish. However, the most convenient way to track your sales is through the KirppariKalle software.
• Supply shelves are located near the checkout, where pins, tape, scissors, and other supplies are freely available for your use. Security tags cost 0.20 EUR/each. Hangers for various garments can also be found at designated stations.
• The price tag must include a short description of the item, size (if applicable), and price. If you fill out the price tags by hand, the price must be clearly legible. If you wish to change a price later, you must create a new price tag. If the price is unclear or has been crossed out or reduced with a marker, we will not sell the item at the checkout. Please attach the price tag securely.

Items for Sale

• Please only bring clean, intact, and functional items for sale. If an item is defective or incomplete, please mention this on the price tag. Selling food, medications, taxidermy animals, highly flammable substances, and illegal goods is prohibited. Our staff reserves the right to remove any items from sale that they deem inappropriate or illegal. Ask our staff for advice if needed.
• We monitor the premises to the best of our ability, but we are not responsible for the items brought in for sale; we do not compensate for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We are not liable for items in the event of fire, water damage, burglary, vandalism, or any other force majeure event.
• You can rent security tags for various purposes at the checkout. When using security tags, pierce the price tag with the alarm pin. This prevents the price tag from getting lost or swapped.
• If you wish to discount the items at your stall, please pick up discount signs from the checkout. The desired discount will be programmed into the cash register system. Please note that all discount changes must be handled at the checkout so they are correctly registered to your account. The discount will apply to the entire stall, including any shared booking items.

Stall Maintenance

• You may not make any modifications to the stalls. The use of custom structures, nails, screws, pins, etc., is prohibited. You can borrow baskets of various sizes from the checkout to help keep your stall organized.
• We recommend tidying up your stall regularly and checking if any of your items have ended up among the untagged items or at other stalls. If you find unfamiliar items at your stall, please try to return them to their correct stall based on the number. Please be considerate. We store items without price tags for 2 weeks, after which they become the property of the flea market.

Ending the Rental Period

• Once you decide to give up your stall (continuous booking), you must notify us at least 3 days before clearing it out, within our opening hours. If the cancellation notice is not given on time, we will charge the price of three additional days during your final payout. On your last day of sales, the stall must be completely empty and cleaned up one hour before the flea market closes.
• If the stall is not cleared out as agreed, we will charge a 20 EUR clearing fee. We will store uncollected items for one week. After this period, the goods become the property of the flea market.
